Job Title: Admissions Manager

Role Overview:

Indira University is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Admissions Manager to lead and strengthen its student recruitment function. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end admissions process, managing counselling teams, driving enrollment strategies, and ensuring the achievement of institutional admission targets while delivering an exceptional applicant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the admissions team, ensuring high performance, productivity, and target achievement.
- Develop and implement strategic admission plans to drive student enrollment across programs.
- Monitor and optimize the entire admissions funnel—from lead generation to conversion and enrollment.
- Set, track, and review individual and team targets; provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
- Ensure effective handling of inquiries (calls, walk-ins, digital leads) with high conversion standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns, lead generation activities, and outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and external stakeholders for student sourcing.
- Oversee participation in education fairs, seminars, webinars,



and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure accurate data management, reporting, and utilization of CRM systems for tracking performance.
- Maintain compliance with institutional policies and admission guidelines.
- Continuously enhance the admissions experience to reflect the University’s brand and quality standards.

Experience Requirement:

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in admissions, student recruitment, or education sales.
- Prior experience in team handling or supervisory roles is essential.
- Experience in higher education institutions/universities will be preferred.

Compensation & Advantages:

- Salary: Up to 60,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
