We are looking for a dynamic, articulate, and professionally presented Admission Counsellor to manage and support the school’s admissions process. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective parents, understanding their requirements, presenting the school’s academic and residential offerings, and guiding families through the admission journey.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong service orientation, and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with prospective parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Understand the requirements and expectations of prospective families and provide appropriate information about the school.
- Clearly communicate the school’s academic programmes, curriculum, boarding facilities, extracurricular activities, student life, and overall educational philosophy.
- Conduct counselling sessions and school tours for prospective parents and students.
- Follow up consistently with prospective families and maintain an organised record of leads and admissions enquiries.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, Boarding, and Administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Assist parents with application forms, documentation, assessments, interviews, fee-related information, and other admission formalities.
- Maintain accurate admission records and regularly update the admissions database/CRM.
- Follow up on prospective leads and work towards converting qualified enquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate admission assessments, student interactions, interviews, and campus visits as required.
- Represent the school professionally at education fairs, exhibitions, outreach events, and other admission-related activities.




- Maintain regular communication with prospective parents throughout the admission cycle.
- Prepare admission reports, lead-status updates, and other reports as required by the management.
- Handle parent queries professionally and ensure timely resolution or escalation where required.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and family information at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education, hospitality, premium customer service, or a related field.
- Experience in a reputed school, international school, boarding school, or premium education environment will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Confident and polished personality with qualified etiquette.
- Strong follow-up and lead-management abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets, databases, and admission-related reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication platforms.
- Willingness to travel for admission fairs, outreach programmes, and school events when required.
