Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced Admission Counsellors for our MBA/PGDM counselling team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding MBA/PGDM programs and admissions.
- Handle calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Admission Counselling / Education Sales.
- MBA/PGDM or higher-education industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with sales.
