Key Responsibilities
- Convert allocated leads and enquiries into admissions as per assigned targets.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and relevant competitive examinations.
- Manage the complete student journey: Prospecting → Counselling → Admission → Orientation → Student Support.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents to provide guidance and support.
- Address queries related to courses, admissions, career pathways, fees, and other academic requirements.
- Explain course structures, fee details, ongoing programs, admission tests, offers, and applicable schemes.
- Coordinate with the Team Lead and internal teams regarding upcoming programs and admissions.
- Maintain accurate records and handle assigned administrative responsibilities.
- Contribute towards achieving team and individual admission targets.
Working Hours 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days
Monday to Saturday
Sunday – Fixed Off
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong customer/student-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
