Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team. The Education Counsellor will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through their journey of choosing the right design courses and programs that align with their career aspirations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Student Guidance:

- Provide personalized counselling to prospective students on the various design courses and programs offered by INSD.
- Assist students in understanding the curriculum, admission requirements, and career opportunities in the design industry.

· Admission Process:

- Guide students through the application and enrolment process.
- Ensure that students meet all admission requirements and deadlines.
- Follow up with applicants to provide additional information and support as needed.

· Career Counselling:

- Advise students on career paths and opportunities within the design industry.
- Provide information on industry trends, internships, and job placement services available at INSD.

· Student Support:





- Offer ongoing support to enrolled students to ensure they are on track with their academic goals.
- Address any concerns or challenges students may face during their studies.

· Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counselling sessions.
- Prepare reports on counselling activities and student enrolment trends.

Qualifications: · Experience:

- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in educational counselling, student services, or a related field.
- Experience in the design industry or creative arts education is highly desirable.

· Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and understand their needs and aspirations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and student management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
