Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents.
- Explain competitive exam coaching courses, fees, and admission details.
- Counsel students based on their educational and career goals.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Convert prospective enquiries into successful admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, sales, or admission counselling experience are preferred.
