Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand learner requirements, career goals, and learning needs.
- Recommend relevant courses and certification programs.
- Counsel prospects and explain course benefits, structure, and career relevance.
- Handle queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate lead information, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM.
- Ensure a smooth and professional learner experience throughout the enrollment journey.

Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for confident, ambitious, and target-driven sales professionals who:




- Have 1–6 years of experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Admission Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
- Possess excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Have solid sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Are comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Have a strong follow-up and lead-conversion mindset.
- Can confidently communicate with domestic and international learners.
- Are comfortable using CRM systems for lead management and follow-ups.
- Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow.

Additional Candidate Preferences
- Prior experience in EdTech, Education Sales, or Admission Counselling.
- Experience handling high-volume B2C leads.
- Experience dealing with domestic or international customers.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
