Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Indira University, Pune

Experience: 3 to5 Years

Role Overview:

Indira University is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and student-focused professional for the role of Admission Counsellor. The role is critical in driving student enrollments through effective counselling, relationship management, and delivering a seamless admissions experience aligned with the Universitys standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate and insightful counselling to prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, career opportunities, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Manage inquiries across multiple channels (walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital platforms) with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Execute structured follow-ups to nurture leads and drive conversions, ensuring achievement of admission targets.
- Maintain detailed and updated records of all interactions within CRM systems and prepare periodic reports.
- Collaborate closely with academic and marketing teams to stay aligned with program offerings, admission updates, and campaign activities.
- Participate in outreach initiatives such as school visits, education fairs, seminars, webinars,



and campus events.
- Support end-to-end admission processes including application guidance, documentation verification, and onboarding.
- Uphold high standards of student experience, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with the University’s brand values.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).

Experience Requirement:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in admissions, student counselling, or education sales (preferably within higher education institutions/universities).

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: Up to 50,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
