Hiring: Admission Counsellor

Location: Matar, Vadodara

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 2+ years preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries and counsel prospective parents/students.
- Regularly follow up with parents through calls and messages.
- Explain school programs, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Coordinate and conduct campus visits for prospective parents.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain admission enquiry and follow-up records.
- Build strong and positive relationships with parents.
- Ensure a smooth and professional admission experience.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality.
- Robust counselling and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in school admissions, education counselling, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable interacting with parents and handling regular follow-ups.
