We are a premier coaching institute. We specialize in preparing students for [IIT-JEE, NEET, Class 5-12 All Boards and Foundation]. We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Inquiries: Manage walk-in queries, telephonic calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media leads daily.
- Student Counseling: Guide prospective students and parents by explaining courses, fee structures, and career options clearly.
- Admission Conversion: Follow up regularly with leads and convert inquiries into final admissions.
- Data Management: Maintain a proper daily record of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in MS Excel or CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly admission targets set by the institute.

Requirements & Skills:

- Education: Graduate in any stream.




- Experience: Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or telecalling within the education or coaching sector. (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply).
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and basic to intermediate English speaking skills.
- Key Skills: Solid convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and social media usage).
