KGS (Khan Global Studies) is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Admission Counsellor – One Day Competitive Exams to join our team in Prayagraj.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of competitive examinations such as SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, SSC GD, UP SI, Banking, Railway, and other government exams, along with strong communication and counselling skills.

The candidate will be responsible for guiding aspirants, understanding their preparation requirements, explaining suitable courses, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students and aspirants regarding SSC, SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, SSC GD, UP SI, Banking, Railway, and other competitive exam preparation programs
- Understand the student's exam goals, preparation level, and requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Explain course structure, batches, faculty, study material, fees, schedules, and other program details
- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions
- Provide accurate information regarding competitive examinations, eligibility, exam patterns, and preparation strategies
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective students
- Maintain records of counselling, leads, follow-ups, and admissions
- Coordinate with academic and admission teams for smooth student onboarding
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets
- Participate in promotional activities, career counselling sessions,



seminars, and student outreach programs when required

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, sales, or a related field
- Candidates with SSC/UP SI/Banking/Railway or other government exam preparation experience will be preferred
- Candidates who have appeared for competitive examinations will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of SSC CGL, SSC exams, UP SI, and other government competitive examinations
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
