- Admissions Counsellor / Sales Executive – Pilot Training
- Begumpet, Hyderabad | 1–3 Years | Bachelor’s Degree
- WFO | Full time | Mon–Sat | 9:30 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media & walk-ins
- Counsel students/parents on pilot-training courses & pathways
- Understand eligibility, career goals, budget & training timeline
- Follow up with leads, schedule counselling & campus visits
- Explain fees, payment schedules, documents & admission process
- Maintain CRM/Google Sheets and coordinate enrolments
- Achieve counselling, conversion & enrolment targets

Requirements

- Experience in Admissions / Education Counselling / Consultative Sales / Customer-facing roles
- Strong English & Hindi communication; Telugu preferred
- Good follow-up, objection-handling & parent counselling skills
- Knowledge of CRM / Google Sheets / MS Excel
- Aviation experience preferred, but not mandatory

Salary: Based on experience + Performance Incentives
