Admission CounselorRole Overview

We are looking for an Admission Counselor to counsel students and parents, manage leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and guide students through the complete admission and enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents through online/offline interactions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM/software.
- Schedule and coordinate demo sessions.
- Handhold students through registration, documentation, enrolment, and fee payment.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve individual admission and revenue targets.




- Contribute to overall team sales and revenue goals.
- Coordinate marketing mailers and student communication when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up and smooth student handover after enrolment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
