We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, explaining courses and programmes, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programmes, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries received through phone calls, walk-ins, email, website, and other channels.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals and suggest suitable programmes.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to support enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling interactions, applications, and admissions in the CRM/database.
- Explain admission procedures,



documentation requirements, fee structures, scholarships, and important deadlines.
- Coordinate with academic, finance, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve assigned admission/enrolment targets.
- Organize and participate in admission drives, seminars, counselling sessions, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversions, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on the institute's programmes, policies, and admission guidelines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
