Admission Counsellor acts as the primary link between an educational institution and prospective students or parents. The core focus of this role balances institutional support with client-facing relationship management.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Telecalling: Reaching out to warm leads generated by marketing campaigns, handling walk-in enquiries, and guiding prospective students or parents through the conversion funnel.
- Student Profiling & Selection: Evaluating academic backgrounds, analyzing robust and weak areas, and suggesting optimal courses aligned with a student's career aspirations.
- Onboarding & Operations: Managing end-to-end documentation, validating eligibility criteria, navigating scholarship/financial aid details, and updating institutional CRM systems.
Pay: ₹15,820.83 - ₹20,883.19 per month
