We are looking for a warm, confident, and well-organised Admissions Counsellor & Marketing to manage parent enquiries, support the admissions process, and contribute to the centre’s marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Parent Counselling
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Understand parents’ requirements and explain programs, timings, fees, and facilities.
- Schedule and conduct centre visits for prospective parents.
- Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Assist parents throughout the admission process and ensure all required documents are completed.
- Maintain and regularly update the admission enquiry tracker.
- Build a positive and professional relationship with parents.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing activities and campaigns
- Help promote workshops, events, programs, and current admissions.
