We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and well-presented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to interact effectively with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission processes.
- Handle enquiries through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, fees, admission procedures, and other relevant information.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing effective counselling and guidance.
- Coordinate with the academic and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Support the team in achieving admission and enrolment targets.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Very good English communication skills – Mandatory.
- Pleasing personality and professional appearance – Mandatory.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with students and parents.
- Good counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and communication abilities.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work towards admission/enrolment targets.
