Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Admission Counsellor & Academy Coordinatorwho will serve as the backbone of our academy operations. The ideal candidate will own the complete admission lifecycle, manage day-to-day academy administration, and act as the central liaison between the academy and the institute for seamless course coordination and delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Admissions Management

- Handle end-to-end admission processes including inquiry management, counselling, enrolment, documentation, and fee collection.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for prospective students, parents, and working professionals regarding courses in alternative and aesthetic medicine.
- Maintain and update the student CRM/database with accurate lead and enrolment records.
- Develop and execute admission strategies to meet monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in interactions to maximize conversion rates.
- Prepare and present admission reports, funnel analysis, and conversion metrics to management on a weekly/monthly basis.

B. Academy Operations & Administration

- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the academy, ensuring smooth academic and operational workflows.
- Manage class schedules, batch formations, faculty rosters, and classroom/lab allocations.




- Ensure all academic infrastructure, training materials, and practical kits are available and well-maintained.
- Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to institutional policies and SOPs.
- Handle student grievances, attendance tracking, and academic progress monitoring.
- Organize orientation programs, workshops, seminars, and certification ceremonies.

C. Course Coordination (Academy ↔ Institute)

- Serve as the primary point of coordination between the academy and the parent institute for all course-related matters.
- Liaise with faculty, curriculum developers, and department heads to ensure timely course delivery as per the academic calendar.
- Coordinate the scheduling and execution of practical training sessions, clinical postings, and aesthetic lab workshops.
- Ensure alignment of course content, assessments, and certifications with institute standards and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between external affiliating bodies, guest lecturers, and industry partners for specialized modules.
- Assist in the development and launch of new courses, short-term programs, and continuing education modules in alternative and aesthetic medicine.

D. Marketing & Outreach Support

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns, open house events, and digital outreach.
- Represent the institute at education fairs, medical expos, and community health events across Chennai.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, clinics, and wellness centres in and around Nandanam and greater Chennai for referral partnerships.





Required Qualifications & ExperienceCriteriaDetailsEducationBachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare Management, Education, Business Administration, or Life Sciences preferred)ExperienceMinimum 2–4 years in admission counselling, academic coordination, or education administration (experience in medical, paramedical, or wellness education is a strong advantage)Industry KnowledgeFamiliarity with alternative medicine disciplines (Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, Hijama, etc.) and aesthetic/cosmetology courses is highly desirableLanguageFluency in English and Tamil is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantageKey Skills & Competencies

- ✅ Proven ability to meet admission and revenue targets
- ✅ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

- ✅ Leadership qualities to independently run academy operations
- ✅ Problem-solving mindset with a student-first approach
- ✅ Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends during peak admission seasons
- ✅ Familiarity with the Chennai education landscape and student demographics
