Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Admission Consultant/ Student counsellor located in
Ernakulam Kerala, India. The Admission consultant/ Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding courses and universities, assisting with document filing requirements, and offering counselling services. Daily tasks include communicating with students, providing customer service, recruiting students, conducting training sessions, and supporting sales activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Study Abroad Experience.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Ability to work effectively in an in office team environment
