Is role me aapko Medical, Paramedical (ANM, Paramedical Diplomas) aur Vocational/Skill Development Courses ke prospective students aur parents ko guide karna hoga.

In-office counseling ke sath-sath zaroorat padne par local school/college visits ya admission drives ke liye travel bhi karna hoga.

Key Responsibilities (Mukhya Kaam):

- Maximum Lead Conversion: Telephonic enquiries, online leads, aur walk-in candidates ke saath convincing follow-up karke maximum conversion rate achieve karna.
- Course Counseling: Prospective candidates aur unke parents ko Medical, Paramedical, aur Vocational Diploma courses ke scope, eligibility, duration, aur fee structure ke baare me detail me samjhana.
- Travel & Field Visits: Zaroorat padne par local travel karna, seminars, admission drives, aur school/college level outreach programs me participate karna.
- Computer & Data Management: Daily inquiries, lead status, aur conversion reports ko MS Excel / CRM me bina kisi error ke update aur track karna.
- Complete Admission Procedure: Candidates ke documents verify karna, admission forms complete karwana, aur enrollment workflow manage karna.

- Computer Knowledge (MUST - Medium Level):
- MS Excel (Filtering, Sorting, Data Entry, Basic Formulas) par achhi pakad.
- MS Word, Email Drafting, aur Internet Browsing / CRM Software chalana aana zaroori hai.
- Skills: Excellent convincing skills, robust communication power (Hindi spoken fluent, basic English comprehension), aur high-pressure target handling capability.
- Experience: 1–3 saal ka educational counseling, course sales, ya lead conversion me experience.
- Education: Graduation (Kisi bhi stream me). Healthcare, Paramedical, ya Education domain ke experience ko prathmikta di jayegi.
