KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. CCTV Surveillance & Monitoring

- Monitor all CCTV cameras across the factory premises, including production areas, gates, parking, stores, and other critical locations.
- Ensure continuous functioning of CCTV systems and promptly report camera failures, blind spots, or technical issues.
- Monitor employee movement, unauthorized access, suspicious activities, and security violations.
- Maintain CCTV monitoring records and report unusual incidents to the Head – HR / Plant Head.
- Coordinate with the IT/maintenance team for CCTV repair, preventive maintenance, and system uptime.
- Ensure CCTV footage is preserved and retrieved when required for investigations, audits, or management review, in accordance with company policy.

B. Security & Gate Management

- Supervise security guards and ensure effective deployment at all entry and exit points.
- Ensure security guards wear the uniform, identity card, and safety shoes.
- Maintain gate registers, visitor registers, vehicle movement records, and other security documentation.
- Ensure proper checking of vehicles, materials, tools, and other items entering or leaving the factory.
- Verify authorized gate passes for employee movement, material removal, and other approved activities.
- Ensure no unauthorized person or vehicle enters the factory premises.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities and coordinate verification of material quantity against invoices/challans.

C. Security Patrolling & Log Maintenance

- Conduct security patrols regularly.
- Ensure proper night patrolling and maintenance of the night security register.
- Identify and report security gaps, unauthorized activities, and unsafe conditions.
- Verify that security guards perform their assigned duties as per the duty roster.




- Maintain daily patrol reports and escalate critical observations to HR and Plant Management.

D. Safety Monitoring & Compliance

- Monitor compliance with prescribed safety rules and PPE requirements within the factory premises.
- Ensure employees and workers use required PPE, including safety shoes, helmets, gloves, and other protective equipment, wherever applicable.
- Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential safety hazards during regular rounds.
- Immediately report responsible safety violations and coordinate corrective action with the HR.
- Support the implementation of fire safety procedures, emergency preparedness, and evacuation arrangements.
- Maintain Hydrant system and Fire Extinguishers for readiness to use when required.
- Planning and execution of fire drills, mock drills, and emergency response activities.
- Ensure emergency exits, fire equipment access, and designated safety areas are not obstructed.
- Support safety committees, incident reporting, and preventive safety initiatives.

3. EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE & CONDUCT
- Ensure employees follow company rules, factory discipline, and approved HR policies.
- Monitor and report violations related to unauthorized movement, misconduct, fighting, indiscipline, and non-compliance with instructions.
- Ensure strict prohibition of Gutkha, tobacco, pan, bidi,



and cigarettes within the factory premises as per company policy.
- Report cases of tobacco use, unauthorized absence from duty, or other disciplinary violations to HR.
- Ensure employees follow designated entry/exit routes and authorized movement procedures.
- Coordinate with HR for investigation and documentation of disciplinary incidents.
- Ensure employees, visitors, contractors, and security personnel follow applicable safety and discipline requirements.
- Promote a culture of responsibility, respect, discipline, and compliance with company rules.

4. DAILY FACTORY MONITORING The officer shall conduct regular rounds and verify:
- CCTV cameras and monitoring systems.
- Security guard deployment and uniform compliance.
- Factory entry and exit arrangements.
- Employee discipline and unauthorized movement.
- PPE and basic safety compliance.
- Fire safety equipment accessibility.
- Vehicle parking and traffic discipline.
- Material loading/unloading and invoice verification.
- Factory premises security and housekeeping-related observations.
- Any unusual activity, safety risk, or security concern.

5. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Diploma / certification in Security Management, Fire & Safety, or Industrial Safety will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and report preparation.

Experience:

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial security, CCTV surveillance, factory discipline, or safety monitoring.
- Experience in manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
