Role Description The A&D; Manager (B2B) will be responsible for managing relationships with architecture and design firms, corporate clients, and key partners to promote AFC’s workspace solutions in the B2B market. This full time, on-site role based in Pune City involves understanding client requirements, presenting tailored product and design concepts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely proposals, quotations, and project execution.

The role includes conducting market and competitor analysis, supporting business planning initiatives,



and driving sales operations activities such as pipeline tracking and forecasting. The A&D; Manager will collaborate closely with design, production, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain long-term partnerships. Regular client visits, product demos, and participation in industry events and presentations are key components of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, client data, and project performance.
- Experience in Business Planning, including strategy development, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Excellent Communication abilities for presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Customer Service orientation to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Sales Operations experience in B2B environments, including CRM usage, proposal management, and reporting.
- Background in architecture, interior design, furniture solutions, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools or CAD software is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, travel to client locations as needed, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
