Role Description The Acquisition Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing customer acquisition campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive growth for Cosma Fertility.

Day-to-day work includes developing acquisition strategies, managing performance marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and retention. The role involves collaborating with product, medical, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and compliant communication in all campaigns.

Manager will also manage budgets, coordinate external vendors or agencies, and prepare regular reports and insights for leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, performance tracking, and A/B testing abilities.
- Customer acquisition experience, including funnel optimization, lead generation, and campaign scaling.
- Marketing skills covering performance marketing, digital marketing tactics, and brand-aligned strategy development.
- Project management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple acquisition initiatives on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, fertility, or women’s health sectors is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms dashboards) and CRM or marketing automation systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
