ZETO is an electric mobility company focused on EV scooter rental and mobility solutions. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, reconciliations, taxation documentation, and operational finance activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accurately record all financial transactions.
- Manage sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and expense accounting.
- Maintain accounting records using Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Handle bank reconciliation and monitor daily banking transactions.
- Prepare and maintain vendor and customer ledgers and perform periodic reconciliations.
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate timely payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with GST invoicing, GST returns, TDS calculations and statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, vouchers and supporting records.
- Track company expenses, petty cash and operational expenditures.
- Support monthly payroll and salary-related accounting.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash-flow and MIS reports.
- Assist management with budgeting, cost tracking and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and other financial/statutory consultants.




- Support financial audits and provide required documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of the company's financial information.

Candidate Requirements Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Preferably 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

The candidate should have good working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, bookkeeping and accounting principles. Experience handling accounting for a startup, fleet, logistics, mobility or operational business would be an advantage.
