Description of Role: |

The position is responsible for timely and accurate issuance of invoices to customers |

Technical Skills Required |

Post Graduate in Commerce/ MBA Finance with 1-3 years of experience in enterprise invoicing |

and collections, Good in Excel, Basic knowledge of SAP |

Behavioral Skills Required |

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and employees |

Customer Centric, Ability to build good relationships with customers |

Well planned, organised with keen attention in detail, documentation skills, positive in excel |

1 |Ensure customer invoices are raised on time as per SOP and as per government |

rules |

Working closely with dispatch/ supply chain / project / after sales team for |

timely issuance of invoice |

Periodically prepare and track the ageing of customer outstanding and collect |

over due payments |

Represent Addverb during audits conducted by internal and statutory auditors |

Ensure sales order are created in SAP on time. |

Ensure bank guarantees are issued to the customers on time for seeking payments |

Ensure issues raised by the customers are timely highlighted to the project / |

sales team. |

Ensuring FEMA compliances in case of exports and obtaining GR waiver by timely |

submission of documents to bank |

Obtain balance confirmations from customers |

Co-ordinate across functions for driving process controls across functions and |

enhancement in SAP systems as per reporting and control requirements. - |

Ensure on-time submission of invoices as per customer guidelines |
