The AR Senior Executive leads end-to-end billing execution. This role ensures accurate invoice processing in NetSuite, manages complex receivable schedules, oversees contract compliance, and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline cash flow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Raising invoices in NetSuite within the given deadlines. Verification of teams’ invoicing outputs, Verification of ACH payment batches, and publish recurring pending invoice updates.
- Post accrual Journal Entries (JEs), issue Credit Memos, create Project IDs, and maintain Sales Orders for new SOWs, roll-offs, and rate adjustments.
- Perform reconciliations, analyse Sales Order discrepancy reports, audit Credit Memo logs, and maintain Headcount reporting.
- Maintaining & updating of multiple trackers for internal purposes.
- Enforce timesheet submissions and track expiring SOWs/MSAs. Should have knowledge in submitting invoices in client portals.
- Should be able to run billing cycle review calls, present revenue figures during variance meetings, and audit team deliverables for weekly executive updates.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, billing operations, or revenue accounting.
- Preferably Hands-on expertise with NetSuite, advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Deep practical knowledge of AR workflows, revenue accruals, credit memo processing.
Solid audit capability, data accuracy, and cross-functional communication skills. Work: 5 days Work from Office
