What we're looking for

✔ 3–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Finance & Accounting roles

✔ End-to-end experience in Accounts Receivable processes

✔ Hands-on experience in customer invoicing, collections and cash application

✔ Strong experience in account reconciliations, aging analysis and dispute resolution

✔ Good understanding of Indian accounting principles / Ind-AS

✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel

✔ Ability to monitor outstanding receivables and support cash flow and collection efficiency

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills

✔ Positive communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT,



Claude, Gemini or similar platforms for finance-related tasks

✔ Experience with AI-powered finance automation, reporting, analytics or workflow optimization will be highly valued

✔ Ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve Accounts Receivable processes, reporting, collections and overall finance efficiency

✔ Ability to work independently in a 100% remote work environment
