Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer accounts, invoicing, payments, collections and reconciliations. The role will ensure accurate financial records, timely collections and effective coordination with sales and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer accounts, invoicing, payments, and related documentation.
- Monitor outstanding and overdue invoices and follow up for collections.
- Process and allocate customer payments accurately.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare AR aging, outstanding balance, and collection reports.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams regarding collections and customer accounts.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments,



and account balances.
- Support credit control, debt recovery, and customer credit-limit management.
- Maintain accurate records using ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Coordinate on overdue/blocked accounts, shop closures, bad debts, and other receivables-related matters.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, payment processing, reconciliation, and collections.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, wholesale, distribution, or trading is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, customer-handling, and follow-up skills.
