This position is responsible for supporting the USA Accounts Receivables functions. The position reports functionally to the Global Credit and Collections Manager, in the US, and administrative reporting line to manager in India.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Posting daily cash receipts, including wires, ACH, lock box checks and credit cards
•Access daily banking reports in Bank of America
•Match customer remittance to wires and ACH payments
•Communicate with Boyd facilities when cash is received for intercompany payments
•Files daily cash receipts appropriately, and accurately, to ensure accurate bookkeeping
•Systems experience in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
•Professional, timely contact with customers regarding payments received, as required
SKILLS REQUIRED
•Proficient in handling large amounts of data in multiple ERPs and excel, and other financial systems
•Solid English speaking and writing skills
•Positive working attitude, capable of overcoming challenges
•Process improvementability to implement continuous process improvements
•Detail oriented, capable of balancing a number of shared service tasks
•Capable of developing strong working relationships with teammates and across multiple US locations
•IT strengths are a plus.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
•Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience posting customer receipts required
•Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
•ERP system capabilities, including ability to navigate 2 or more ERPs to support 2 or more different entities or business lines
