Vendor Invoice Processing. Ensuring all the necessary details ( invoice ,

agreement, PO,approvals) are attached with the payment requests.

Updating of vendor agreement tracker.

Regular checks and reviews on vendor advances and follow-up with the respective departments for settlement of outstanding advances.

Ensuring the invoices are processed as per the I Tax compliances and accounting of TDS , GST are done correctly & processing employee claims.

Processing of foreign remittances within TAT and ensuring that all the compliances are met in regards to form 10F, Tax certificates,

15Cb certificates are maintained for future tax audits.

Reconciliation of GL / Creditors accounts. Follow-ups with the users on timely closure of queries.
