About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer with robust knowledge of QuickBooks to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable management, and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks

- Handle complete Bookkeeping functions

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) vendor bills, payments, reconciliations

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) invoicing, collections, customer ledger reconciliation

- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis

- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements

- Compute, file, and ensure timely compliance of GST returns

- Assist in audits and financial documentation

- Maintain statutory compliance as per Indian accounting standards

Key Skills & Requirements





- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks

- Sound understanding of Bookkeeping principles

- Experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

- Hands-on experience in GST computation and filing

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- Good analytical and reconciliation skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

- Any certification in accounting will be preferred

- Experience in handling GST independently preferred
