Role Description The Accounts Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting and finance activities, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, maintenance of ledgers, and timely preparation of financial reports.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, supervising invoicing and collections, and coordinating with operations teams to support billing and cost tracking. The role also involves monitoring compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations, assisting in budgeting and cash flow management, and responding to internal and external audit requests. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and management.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in core accounting and bookkeeping, including ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and financial documentation.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and basic regulatory compliance relevant to transportation and logistics.
- Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and collections with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with operations, management, and external stakeholders.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in accounting within logistics, transportation, or a similar industry is preferred.
