Our team supports key business functions including HR Services, Accounting & Finance, Graphic Design, and IT Support, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations for our global businesses.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Executive to manage supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations and related AP processes from the Calicut back office, ensuring accuracy, timely processing and proper financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify and process supplier invoices against POs, GRNs, and contracts.
- Ensure accurate invoice entry and coding in ERP/accounting systems.
- Resolve invoice, pricing, tax, and documentation discrepancies.
- Prepare payment proposals and process supplier payments on time.
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documents.
- Assist with AP aging, accruals, schedules,



and month-end closing.
- Prepare reports on pending, due, and blocked invoices.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance teams, and vendors.
- Handle vendor queries and support AP process improvements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes, invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Working knowledge of ERP/accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of VAT/indirect taxes is an advantage.
