House Of Biryan is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial data verification, compliance, payments, and day-to-day accounting activities.

The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with strong knowledge of accounting processes, compliance requirements, payment management, reconciliations, and team coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, proper documentation, and adherence to financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, reconciliations, payments, and financial records.
- Verify accounting data, invoices, vouchers, expenses, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Review and monitor accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Oversee and coordinate vendor payments, employee payments, and other business-related payments.
- Ensure timely processing of payments as per approved schedules and company policies.
- Monitor bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Review ledger accounts and identify discrepancies, errors, or unusual transactions.
- Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of accounting records.
- Monitor compliance with applicable statutory and accounting requirements, including GST, TDS, and other relevant compliances.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, vendors, and internal departments whenever required.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare and review management reports related to expenses, payments, outstanding amounts, and other financial information.
- Establish and maintain proper internal controls for accounting and payment processes.
- Verify expense claims and ensure adherence to approved budgets and company policies.
- Track outstanding vendor payments and receivables and ensure timely follow-up.




- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and financial control.
- Support management with accounting information and financial data for decision-making.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting team members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial and company information.
- Perform other managerial and accounting responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable accounting compliances.
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills.

- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounting operations.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA/Inter, M.Com, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, preferably with experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of accounting operations, ensure accurate financial data, maintain compliance, oversee payments, and effectively manage the accounts function while supporting the company's growing business requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
