Z Three Interior & Construction is a fast-growing construction company undertaking interior and construction projects across Kerala. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Accounts Intern to join our accounts team.
Job Summary The Accounts Intern will assist the accounts department in day-to-day accounting activities and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com qualification, good practical knowledge of Tally, and a strong willingness to learn and develop their accounting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and verification of transactions.
- Maintain purchase bills, sales invoices and other financial documents.
- Assist in maintaining proper records of company expenses and payments.
- Support the accounts team in preparing reports and statements.
- Verify bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST and other statutory accounting-related work.
- Coordinate with the accounts team and other departments for required financial information.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Learn and assist with additional accounting activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / Bachelor of Commerce – Mandatory
- Positive practical knowledge of Tally – Mandatory
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Must have a willingness to learn and improve accounting knowledge.
