Role Overview

Will lead the finance function and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team. The role is responsible for financial planning, compliance, cash flow management, funding activities, and ensuring financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall ownership of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Management
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting for management and board
- Prepare and present financial data and documentation for funding, investors, and banks.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and auditors
- Oversee statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Ensure smooth completion of statutory, internal, and special audits




- Drive working capital optimization and cash flow forecasting
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and SOPs
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business operations and growth
- Monitor financial risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team

Skills & Competencies

- Solid leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Deep understanding of finance, taxation, compliance, and fundraising
- Proven experience in dealing with banks, investors, and audits
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to align finance with business operations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
