Aguante.in is a growing D2C sportswear/activewear brand with its own manufacturing operations. We sell through our Shopify D2C website, Amazon, Myntra, exhibitions and offline/retail channels.

We are looking for an Accounts & Business Finance Manager who can manage accounting and compliance while also helping management understand the numbers and make better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, banking and reconciliations.
- Manage e-commerce/omnichannel reconciliation across Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, payment gateways and offline sales.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, e-commerce and internal teams for financial matters.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, cash flow, receivables/payables, sales and expense reports.
- Develop channel-wise and SKU-wise profitability reports.
- Build and monitor unit economics, including product cost, gross margin, contribution margin, marketplace fees, shipping, returns, discounts, CAC, AOV and ROAS.
- Analyse manufacturing/product costs, inventory, wastage and margins.
- Provide financial insights for pricing,



product selection, marketing spend, cost control and business growth.
- Create dashboards/reports that help management understand where we make money, where we lose money and where we can improve profitability.
- Identify opportunities to automate accounting, reconciliation and reporting processes.

What We Are Looking For

- 4–7 years of experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, retail or manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of Tally/Zoho/ERP.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Myntra or marketplace reconciliation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of MIS, profitability analysis and unit economics.
- Analytical, commercially aware and comfortable working directly with management.

Important This is not a routine accounting/bookkeeping role.

We need someone who can manage the accounts function AND act as a business finance partner—using data, reports and unit economics to help Aguante.in control costs, improve margins and grow profitably.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
