1. Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, financial plans and all statutory financial reporting
2. Presentation of financial results and insights to the Management
3. Play a key role in the formulation of the business's strategy
4. Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organization and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice
5. Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
6. Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organization is compliant with accounting standards
7. Managing and overseeing the company's banking and borrowing arrangements
8. Managing and overseeing the company's financial systems with managing working capital, credit control and managing inventory.
9. Presenting results to non-finance people to understand
10. Recruitment, training, mentoring and development of staff
11. Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions.
12. Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place
13. Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis etc
14. Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs
15. Advising on market changes and providing strategic financial recommendations.
16. Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
17. Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT related policies and procedures
Candidate Requirement
- Masters in Finance
- From Any FMCG / Pharma / Manufacturing Industry
- Candidates should be from Mohali/Chandigarh region only
- Able to manage a large team of 10 + members .
