Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities.

- Manage billing, invoicing, sales, and purchase invoices

.

- Handle

GST requirements and GST filing

.

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

- Maintain and reconcile accounting and financial records.

- Handle bank and account reconciliation.

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payments, and accounts.

- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.





- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in logistics/freight forwarding is preferred.

- Good knowledge of

GST requirements and filing

.

- Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, sales, and purchase accounting.

- Working knowledge of

Tally/ERP or accounting software

.

- Good understanding of accounting principles.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
