We are a growing transport and logistics company looking for an experienced Senior Accountant/Accounts & Finance Executive to join our Jammu office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance activities and should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Customer invoicing and supplier payments

- Bank and account reconciliations
- Debtor follow-ups and payment tracking

- Payroll support

- Maintaining accurate accounting records

- Expense and invoice verification
- Weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Data management and reporting using Excel

- Working with accounting software
- Coordinating with management and external accountants




- General finance and administrative duties

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- B.Com/M.Com or relevant accounting/finance qualification preferred

- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Good written and spoken English

- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable and looking for a long-term position

Experience: 5+ years preferred

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
