NAZZTEC PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced, highly capable, and hands-on Accounts & Finance Consultant (Qualified Chartered Accountant) to take complete ownership of the organization's Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Payroll, Compliance, Audit, Financial Planning, and Process Automation functions.

This is not a routine accounting role.

We are looking for a finance leader who can establish, strengthen, automate, and scale the complete Accounts & Finance ecosystem of a growing technology company while ensuring the organization remains fully compliant, financially optimized, and operationally productive.

The ideal candidate should have experience working within Corporate, IT Services, Technology, Consulting, Managed Services, Staffing, or Professional Services organizations and possess the ability to independently manage the entire Finance function with minimal supervision.

- Tax planning and legal tax optimization
- Direct and Indirect tax compliance

Required Qualifications

Mandatory

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

- Hands-on experience independently managing complete Accounts & Finance operations
- Strong exposure to audit processes and compliance management
