We are looking for a CA Finalist / Semi-Qualified CA to join our finance team at COLOR CAPITAL.

The role will involve managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting, reconciliations, GST & TDS, statutory compliance, MIS and financial reporting, while working closely with management on financial operations and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting.
- Record and maintain sales, purchases, expenses, payments and receipts.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and accounting records.
- Perform bank, marketplace and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare regular MIS and financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile inventory, purchases and vendor accounts.
- Verify invoices, debit notes,



credit notes and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with external CAs, auditors and tax consultants.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.

What We’re Looking For
- CA Finalist / Semi-Qualified CA / CA dropout.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting, taxation and financial statements.
- Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with Tally or similar accounting software.
- Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- High ownership and ability to work independently.
