As a Services Associate, with Spanish Language proficiency, you will assist project leadership in managing revenue and margins by emphasizing cost of delivery that affects overall engagement profitability. In addition, you will:
•Maintain compliance with clients policies, perform internal financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis, and help manage projects billing and receivables process.
•Monitor project performance and determine improvement areas by developing key performance indicators and frequently communicate with the project team, finance department, and other project stakeholders to keep projects on track and within the scope of cost.

Standard Office timing – 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications Required
1 - 3 years of experience
Spanish proficiency (Reading, writing & speaking)
B.A. / B.S. majoring in Accounting, Finance,
Economics, or Business Management
Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles
Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills
Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment
Ability to "think outside the box" while identifying problems and developing creative solutions
Preferred
Experience working in a financial analysis role
Experience with MS Access and MS Project applications
