Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with mandatory experience in the Hotel / Resort / Hospitality industry.
Candidates from general corporate accounting, manufacturing, IT, retail or other non-hospitality industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day hotel/resort accounting activities
- Maintain cash and bank transactions
- Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Revenue and expense reconciliation
- Invoice and bill verification
- Vendor and creditor reconciliation
- GST / TDS-related accounting activities
- Daily revenue / POS reconciliation
- Prepare MIS and accounting reports
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Coordinate with internal hotel departments and vendors
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- 3 -5 years of relevant Accounts experience
- Mandatory: Previous experience in Hotels / Resorts / Hospitality industry ( non - negotiable )
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with Tally / ERP / Hotel Accounting Software
- Hotel PMS / POS / IDS / Opera / similar systems will be an advantage
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication and coordination skills NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Professional attitude and ability to work independently
Joining Requirement
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Candidates serving notice period of 15-20 days can also be considered
- Candidates with longer notice periods will not be preferred
