About RDA:

RDA Tax Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. is a Chartered Accountancy and advisory firm based in Baner, Pune, providing services across accounting, taxation, audit, compliance and advisory.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 0–3 years of experience, preferably with prior experience in a CA firm.

The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax/ITR and audit assignments and should be comfortable handling client work, documentation and compliance within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts and assist in financial statement preparation.
- Handle GST, TDS and Income Tax/ITR compliance.
- Assist in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and GST Audit assignments.
- Perform reconciliations and review financial/accounting data.
- Coordinate with clients for documents and required information.
- Assist seniors in tax and compliance-related assignments.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned work.





What We Are Looking For:

- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- CA firm experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Accounting and Audit.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- CA Freshers / CA Dropouts with relevant practical exposure may also apply.
