- Handle segregation reports and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage quarterly settlement processing and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
- Prepare and submit Exchange and SEBI reports within defined timelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory and operational reports.
- Coordinate with Stock Exchanges, SEBI and internal departments for reporting and compliance-related requirements.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for all regulatory submissions.
- Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Assist in reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies related to settlements and regulatory reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in Exchange/SEBI regulations and reporting requirements and ensure implementation.
Eligibility / Skills:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Stock Broking / Capital Markets / Broking Operations / Compliance Operations preferred.
- Good understanding of Exchange and SEBI reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of settlement processes and segregation reporting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict timelines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
