- Handle accounting and bookkeeping activities for multiple clients.
- Prepare, maintain and review books of accounts, ledgers and financial records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, income tax returns and other statutory compliance work.
- Prepare and reconcile financial information required for taxation and audit assignments.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting records, supporting documents and compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and other reports, based on experience.
- Identify discrepancies, resolve routine accounting issues and escalate complex matters when required.
- Manage assigned client work independently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Preferred candidate profile 13 years of practical experience in a CA firm is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in client accounting,
bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation, financial statements and accounting review.
- Exposure to GST, TDS, income tax and audit-related assignments.
- Proficiency in Tally and Excel.
- Ability to independently handle assigned client work, coordinate for documents and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability and willingness to learn.
