Position: Accounts Executive.

Location: Kolkata - Head Office (Full Time, Work from Office).

Timing: 10:30 AM Onwards.

Gender: Open to All (Male / Female both welcome).

We are looking for a sincere and experienced Accounts Executive for our growing organisation who can handle accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-Day Accounting: Managing daily voucher entries, cash book, bank reconciliation, journal entries in Tally / accounting software.
2. GST Compliance: Complete knowledge of GST billing, GST Input & Output calculation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, E-way bill generation and reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B.
3. Statutory Compliance: Hands-on experience in ESI & PF challan preparation, submission,



and monthly return filing.
4. Financial Operations: Handling petty cash, vendor payments, client invoicing. TDS knowledge will be an added advantage.
5. Reporting: Preparation of monthly MIS, maintaining books of accounts up to finalisation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 - 6 years experience in similar accounting role. Must be well-conversant with GSTN billing & Input-Output.
- Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST Portal, ESI & PF Portal.
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M. Com).
- Detail-oriented, honest, and able to handle accounts independently.
