Accounts Executive – Payable & Receivable

Location: Kandivali

Department: Accounts and Finance

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable activities.
- Vendor invoice processing, payments & ledger reconciliation.
- Customer billing, outstanding follow-up & collection accounting.
- Manage journal, payment, receipt & contra entries.
- Bank reconciliation and aging reports.
- Basic handling of GST & TDS compliance.
- Support monthly closing, audits and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Sales & Dispatch teams.

Required Skills:

- Tally ERP / Tally Prime / ERP knowledge.
- Positive knowledge of AP & AR processes.
- Strong MS Excel and accounting knowledge.
- Good communication, coordination & follow-up skills.
- Manufacturing / Engineering / Plastic industry experience preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards & experience.
