Job Title: Accounts Executive

About the Role -

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented accountant to join our Klesko India Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, GST and distributor accounting, reconciliations etc.

Key Responsibilities -

➡️Accounting & Bookkeeping.

➡️Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.

➡️Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.

➡️Manage accounts payable and receivable.

➡️Prepare bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations.

➡️Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.

GST & Statutory Compliance

▶︎Handle GST-related accounting and compliance.

▶︎Prepare and coordinate GST returns and reconciliations.

▶︎Ensure proper invoicing and documentation.

▶︎Coordinate with CA/tax consultants for income tax, TDS, audit and other statutory requirements.

▶︎Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely submissions/payments.

FMCG-Specific Accounting

➥Manage distributor and dealer accounts.





➥Track primary and secondary sales where applicable.

➥Reconcile distributor outstanding payments.

➥Manage trade schemes, discounts, claims and credit notes.

➥Track inventory, stock adjustments and stock reconciliation.

➥Coordinate with Sales, KAM and Operations teams for billing and collections.

➥Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding balances.

➥Support accounting for Contemporary Trade, General Trade, e-commerce and quick-commerce channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance with 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Distribution. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally/ERP, Excel, inventory and distributor accounting, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

We would particularly value candidates who have previously worked with an FMCG.
